B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Program Development
The B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Easier in Power Outage Emergencies" program was developed by Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department in partnership with Home Medical Equipment Companies (HMECs), sleep labs, Ameren Illinois, hospitals, and emergency response agencies serving Illinois residents of Franklin and Williamson counties.

Ronda Koch has been working in the field of Public Health emergency preparedness since 2006. Before this Ronda conducted award-winning community programming, international event planning, and was owner/manager of her own training and PR companies. She has a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication, specializing in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Workforce Education, both from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Illinois.
